I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but missing some essentials like towels and a working hair dryer. The service was excellent in some areas but lacking in others. The location was convenient for airport departures, but the dining options left something to be desired.
The hotel had several English channels, and any problems were sorted quickly. However, my room faced the street with a nightclub across, making it noisy and challenging to get a good night's sleep.
I chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location, although the rooms were a bit dark and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The check-in process was smooth but limited Wi-Fi accessibility. The staff provided excellent advice on local activities and were very attentive. The dining options were average with some repetition in food offerings. The surroundings were beautifully landscaped but had a few maintenance issues.
